Ingrid Ivars has for many years worked in various roles in the regional innovation system and acted in the zone between private and public organizations. For many years, Ingrid has had managerial roles in the private business world, mostly in the manufacturing industry but also in service-producing companies. The present work in Compare is focused on coaching innovative start-ups in the Digitalwell GovTech Incubator and Digitalization in a broader perspective for SME´s identified as focus areas in Smart Specialisation.
